SquidMan and DansGuardian (Mac OS X, Linux, etc)

If you want to set up a caching proxy server, Squidman has to be the most user-friendly implementation of Squid I have seen. Up and running in 2 minutes! Combine this with DansGuardian and you have local caching and intelligent filtering that makes the DET filter look very ordinary! Filters Google images too! Free for non-commercial use.
