Training courses. These courses are available for
teachers in all districts, are presented by
professional MS Office trainers, and are provided at a
special DET rate!

Vinson Inquiry Into Public Education

Professor
Tony Vinson has released the first part of the
inquiry's report into public education.
Recommendations include smaller class sizes and
increased professional development opportunities for
teachers.

Office Training Courses

The NSW
DET, in conjunction with the Macquarie Uni ICT
Innovations Centre, will conduct a one week
residential conference for teachers from NSW public
schools, focussing on inovations in the use of school
technology. Includes details of DET scholarships which
will be awarded to cover the cost of all meals,
accommodation and conference fees.

The Year 6 testing information is not available at

"International English" updater supercedes all other
6.x updates. Will update all versions of Appleworks
from 6.0. Provides improved performance, especially
Opening and Saving documents in Macintosh Manager
environments. Essential
update if you are using v6.0.4!
