The School Planning Workbook is an Excel spreadsheet that can be used to document the auditing of resources, planning outcomes, planning priorities, and track your progress in addressing those priorities.
The School Planning Workbook can be used for a wide range of planning activities in schools, including the ICT planning process.
The sample documents below demonstrate how the School Planning Workbook can be adapted for ICT infrastructure planning, although the workbook is not restricted to ICT planning.
The examples below are not necessarily self-explanatory (!) - they are not intended to be "stand-alone" documents, but rather used in the context of a more wide-ranging planning process. (The Quickstart document should be read in conjunction with viewing the workbook examples.)
These details aside, the examples below should provide an idea of the nature of the workbook, and give an indication of a process that may be useful as part of an ICT review and the associated planning process.
These (abbreviated) documents are provided as examples only. Each file below is in pdf format.
