DET Moves to "Whitelist" Internet Site Filtering (InPrincipal - 17th August - DET Intranet)

Last week's DET InPrincipal announced that the DET would "upgrade" the DET filters to use "whitelists" - ie, if the site is not on the DET "allowed" list, then it is blocked by default. Representatives from the DET web-filtering group will be addressing the ISER Technology Update Meetings this week.
